1.  How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product  has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

  1. What's your return policy?

As most of the products at Kendell's Korner are food items, no food item can be returned.  However, refunds are possible if a request is made to info@kendellskorner.com.  Non-food items can be returned with received within 30 days of purchase.  A return authorization most be requested at info@kendellskorner.com 

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are not possible after the order has shipped.  Review return policy above.

 

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

Food Item:

If there’s an issue with your order -- please take a photo of the wrong product and include the photo, your name and email to customerservice@kendellskorner.com and we’ll give you a refund against a future purchase. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

 Non Food Item:

If there’s an issue with your order -- please take a photo of the wrong product and include the photo, your name and email to info@kendellskorner.com and we’ll give you a refund against a future purchase. You will receive a mailing label to return the product.

  1. How do the points work? 

With every purchase points are accumulated against a future discount on product. Redeeming of such points is dependent on a minimum purchase before points are applied.
